We have developed an innovative affordable building process concert module unit (CMU)—also known as pre-cast concrete. The cost of construction for a DrashCorp CMU home is roughly half of the traditional brick concrete cost.
As we work specifically with folks recovering from disasters, we make sure all of our homes are as safe as they are durable. Our reinforced concrete structure is extremely fire resistant—with a fire resistance time that can reach 4-6 hours.
In addition to our traditional construction methods, we also offer ready-made assembly solutions. These include pre-assembled structures in various house types. Each room can actually be assembled one by one, allowing us to customize and add on per each customer's needs.
Our housing designs are both affordable and sustainable, but more than that they're scalable. We offer larger modular units assembly with a maximum of five floors—so we can build a variety of building styles depending on your needs.
A core part of the DrashCorp ethos is sustainability. Our green buildings and construction do not generate construction waste and result in insulated structures that work with the environment.
